ASSOCIATION DUES
Association dues are billed quarterly and help cover landscaping, trash pickup, cable, internet, water, sewer, upkeep of common areas and long-term community improvements. Association dues are subject to change, so buyers should verify the current assessment before purchasing.
ADDITIONAL OWNER EXPENSES
Owners are responsible for electricity, optional telephone service, liability insurance, property taxes, and upkeep of their individual landscaping and furnishings. Actual expenses vary by property and usage.
RENTAL PROGRAM
Participation in the resort rental program is optional. Owners who participate receive 50% of collected rental income. Rental lots must meet resort requirements, and all rentals are handled through the resort rental office. Rental program policies and incentives are subject to change, so buyers should verify current terms directly with the resort.

Motorcoach Sites: $130/night peak | $115/night shoulder
Peak Season: May 1 – October 31
