Terms and Rates
Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort is governed by HOA guidelines for property enhancement and types of coaches, etc. Please ask your real estate agent for more details and a list of all rv lots for sale. The current Quarterly HOA dues at Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort is $800 per quarter. Currently rental income is split 50/50 with the resort and owner. Your lot does not have to be in the rental program should you choose not to participate.
