Hilton Head Harbor is a luxury RV Resort and Marina located on the north end of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. 43 Jenkins Island Road, Hilton Head Island, SC, 29926 This waterside, pet friendly resort offers landscaped sites with concrete pads, excellent dining, top-notch amenities, on-site water sports activities and more.
For OWNERS Hilton Head Harbor Luxury RV Resort accepts bumper pull travel trailers, 5th wheel travel trailers, hybrid campers and motor coaches.
They cannot accept park models, destination trailers or tents or travel trailers that exceed our size limits.
For RENTALS:
Due to our POA covenants, we do not accept pull behind travel trailers with slides or 5th wheel travel trailers with slides and they cannot exceed 35ft in length or 8 ft in width in their fully installed condition (which are to include tip outs and slide outs).
HOA fees are paid quarterly $865 and that includes water/sewer, common area ground and maintenance and wi-fi.
Yes, rentals are handled by the Turners Marina LLC and rental income is split 50/50 with owners.
Electricity: About a maximum of $7.00 per day when in use. Taxes: Property taxes will be assessed based on the median sales price of lots.
Dues do not cover replacement parts such as circuit breakers. Lot owners may rent space in the Marina if they travel with a boat or would like an annual rental.
